We really enjoyed our stay at the Downtown Gatlinburg Cabin. The inside was very clean, and the layout worked perfectly for our group. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, except for the upstairs bunk room, but there was a full bathroom conveniently located right outside the door. All of the bathrooms were well-stocked with plenty of towels.
The kitchen was great and had lots of appliances, which made it easy to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable, and all of the rooms were clean. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor seating area.
Even though the cabin is located downtown, it still felt private and quiet. It was also very convenient being so close to everything.
I had to contact Cabins USA twice before my stay, once over a reservation error on my part, and both times it was easy to get in touch with someone and get my issue quickly resolved. I have always had great customer service with this company.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!
